The Blue Carbon, which is carbon captured by marine living organism, is recently focused as an important factor for the climate change initiative. However, the contribution of Blue Carbon sequestration to atmospheric CO2 in the shallow water area has been unclear, because the investigation and analysis technology were unmatured. In this study, we selected wind speed, water temperature, salinity, total alkalinity (TA), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), and the metabolism as the environmental factors affecting air-sea CO2 flux. These data sampled at the Furen-ko Lagoon were analyzed using the scatter diagram matrix, tree model, and generalized additive model. Moreover, we proposed the stochastic prediction method using the multiple linear regression models.
