Abstract

In the first year after completion, thermal environment of winter, mid-term, and a summer was measured, and analysis and evaluation were performed about thermal comfort and HVAC control. Moreover, performance test of a natural ventilation system was performed and the calculation of the energy conservation effect by the natural ventilation of mid-term and the energy conservation effect by the night purge was made.
