There are many springs at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The purpose of this paper is to measure the quantity of water in each spring on the west and south slope of Mt. Fuji.
Harada, Takigawa, and Imaizumi are comparatinely large springs on the south slope and on the west slope are Onakazato, Wakutama-no-ike, Shiraito-no-taki, and Inogashira.
In 1968, the quantity of water in the springs on the south slope was greater than these on the west slope.
