A leaf bulk transfer coefficient for latent heat flux ce has been formulated as a function of solar radiation, wind speed, and minimum stomatal resistance, and time variations of the sensible heat flux H and the latent heat flux lE over a lawnland for a period of summer three months have been simulated using routine meteorological data (AMeDAS). The calculated results agree well with the observed values: the rms error between the observed and the calculated values of H are ±8Wm-2, while those of lE are ±12Wm-2.
