The purpose of this study is to prove efficiency of the analysis method on office space evaluation that authors proposed in the last paper. The characteristic of this method is to estimate the evaluation of workers by using the constitution of sections member's attributes. Authors applied this method to analyze the small office space evaluation on four customer service offices of a large company. As the results, more than 2 parts of 3 insufficient items' causes were explained, and several points in common and differences were find out between large branch office and small customer service offices.
