Now analyzing the change of behavior at centering common use rooms (living rooms), we intended to get the guiding principle of the future condition of dwelling unit plan accompanies with enlargement of its scale. We clarified the followings, that is, the numbers of behavior in the common use rooms, mainly the individual behavior, seemed to have the tendency to decrease as life stages advanced, and the tendency of decreasing had the relation with the characteristics of plan of dwelling units, and specially the more the bed rooms in the open regions increased the stronger the tendency became.
