Regional Management Organizations (RMO) are often created by the participants of activities within Kominkan. These participants learning at Kominkan can possibly influence community development. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the current situation and characteristics of regional management organizations nationwide in which Kominkan were the foundation of the organizations. As a result, it became clear that Kominkan transition facilities are the largest contributors in creation of regional management organization.
