The elevation design of 168 super-high-rise housings with 100 m height located in the center area of Tokyo, have changed in such aspects as to be monotonous in building forms and complex in wall color compositions. The factor of these aspects is as follows.
1. A simple structure frame which has no column in the dwelling units has been required.
2. A monotonous building form which has been designed as tentative plan at an initial stage of urban planning procedure, tends to be followed as definite plan at after execution stages such as designs and constructions.
