Abstract
This paper describes the validation of the proposed simulation method using the field test data obtained from the two experimental houses for the three months in winter. From the comoarison between the simulated results and the measured data the following were found. The disagreement between the simulated values and the measured values are 10 % for the seasonal heating loads. The room air temperature variation obtained by the simulation and the measurement showed similar orofiles and good agreements. From these results it was concluded that the proposed method can be used for predicting the thermal oerformance of residential buildings.
