This papar analyses information concerning 27 Recreation Centers for youth and details of the use of eight of them. The contents of this report are as follows. 1. Method and time required for this investigation. 2. Scale, function, and work of Youth Recreation Centre. 3. Systems of setting up these establishments. 4. Organization and type of rooms with these centre. 5. Utilization-rate. 6. Purposes of those groups which use these establishments. 7. Purposes of those groups which use each of the various rooms. 8. Relationship of user's home or place of employment to the centre. 9. Distribution of place of residence of persons using the centers. 10. Relationship of rental charge, charge for use, and charge free institution, and frequency of use of these establishments. 11. Relationship of place of residence or work and the situation of the centre considered, on a rental or suspice system. 12. Relationship in terms of distance of place of residence or work of the users and the situation of the situation of the centre, and a comparison with the users of similar other establishments for the same purpose.
