In the present study, rheological properties and segregation resistance of fresh concrete with low water-cement ratio are examined and estimated by using viscoplastic finite element method and various consistency and segregation resistance tests. The following results are obtained in this study. High slump value can be maintained for about 2 hours by using high performance AE water reducing agent and silica-fume, but viscosity is getting higher with time. Segregation resistance is related to the apparent viscosity which is measured by a vibration test of matrix mortar.
