長野県常盤村中部耕地整理組合における開墾地移住奨励制度の運用状況と移住家屋の実態

－長野県立歴史館所蔵清水家文書による検討－

抄録

This study aims to research the system of promotion for settling in the reclaiming land of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry by the historical documents. The system was set up in 1920 and revised in 1926 and 1929. The government subsidized for settlers of building their houses. By the documents of Tokiwamura Chubu Cultivated Land readjustment corporation from 1923 to 1934, it submitted the plans, the specifications and the budgets and was inspected and conducted. After revising, the system worked more effective and standardized the dimensions, the costs and the plans of the settlers’ houses.
