As a basic study for introducing an indicator for Liveability, this study organized surveys and analyzed evaluations using the Local Liveability Indicator, clarified important factors for maintaining and improving Liveability, and examined the domestic application of the Local Liveability. It was found that there are 9 important factors for the maintenance and improvement of Liveability, and it is considered that the highest number of evaluation items is necessary to study the utilization of the indicator.
