The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the seismic performance of temporary housing using paper tubes as pillars. The seismic performance of the temporary housing was calculated based on a human tension test using a full-scale mockup, a field survey of temporary housing that experienced the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, and an evaluation of horizontal bearing capacity based on joint tests. As a result, it was confirmed that this housing has sufficient seismic performance for medium earthquakes and enough strength to avoid collapse even in major earthquakes.
