In urban areas, where it is difficult to expect support based on geographical and blood ties, social isolation problems due to the shift to nuclear families and the thinning of communities are considered to be latent care needs that can be addressed through the cooperation of diverse actors. This presentation will discuss the possibility and significance of co-productive spaces, using the care supply system in Toyoake City, Aichi Prefecture, as a case study, which responds to care needs in urban areas.
