Abstract
We performed outpatient nourishment guidance to 100 people at 2005.7 to 2006.6 in AKATSUKI clinic. As results, we knew that, 20' life rhythm and eating habits are irregular. 30' and 40' like oily meat, or they eat meal made for own child. Meals of 50' are simple. Because their child leaves home. A part of 60 gen-erations eats diabetes foods and hyperlipemia foods. In the case of 30 years old man A. Almost all his blood test results became normalcy value by nourishment guidance, without using any medicines. His uric acid value became near normalcy. And HDL became increase. And his body weight decrease 7.5kg by kinesitherapy.
