Abstract

The morphology and crystal structure of Ti, Nb, B and V precipitates formed in micro-alloyed steels were investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS), and their quantitative analysis was performed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES). The potentiostatic electrolysis method was successfully employed as an extraction method using 10% acetylacetone-methanol electrolyte.
