A novel composite resin as anion-exchange HPLC packing material has been developed, its chemico-physical structure and chromatographic performance have been studied. The packing material is suitable for the separation of biochemical substances, it possesses the properties of high efficiency, high resolution, good permeability and wide pH range stability. Under gradient elution conditions, some proteins and polypeptides were separated successfully.
