CONTINUOUS AUTOMATED DETERMINATION OF AMINO ACIDS BY ENZYME ELECTRODE POTENTIOMETRY

Abstract

Continuous automated system with enzyme reactor, gas dialyzer, and tubular PVC-nonactin membrane ammonium ion-selective electrode has been developed for the determination of amino acids. The enzyme reactor was constructed to the packed-bed form which filled with nylon-6 particle in the teflon tube. The linear concentration ranges of determination of L-asparagine and L-glutamine in physiological water were 1.0×10^-5-2.8×10^-3M and 6.5×10^-5-2.4×10^-3M, respectively.
