APPLICATION OF AgGaS_z FILTER TO EASY RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY

Abstract

Single crystal AgGaS_z filter has been applied, for the first time, to easy Raman Spectroscopy. It can be operated both as narrow band-pass and band-elimination filters near at 499nm with about 5nm half width. By a rejection potential of Rayleigh scattering light by more than tree orders, both Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman scattering light are easily measured using the filter and a single monochromator through a single continuous scan.
