都市近郊畑作地帯における不耕作後の土地利用変化要因

抄録

This paper studied out how to use changing after non-cultivated land in suburban area. Consequently, as for non-cultivated land, cultivation was resumed by lending the land to other farmers and by repair of their agricultural machines. However, many farmlands were owned as non-cultivated land because the farmers who owned the land refused to lend the land to others.
