This study analyze the structure of "local brand of sake" created by cooperating Japanese Sake brewery and hilly and mountainous area through practical use of brewer's rice and springwater in Murakami City, Niigata, for the purpose of clarifying the structure of “Collaboration between Agriculture, Commerce and Industry”. It is shown that the brewery and hilly and mountainous area share industrial fields by integrated industrialization. In addition, it is suggested that the local industry can heighten the added value and help for stably supply of resources themselves, by utilizing rural resources positively.
