This aim of this study is to make solve the actual condition of recycling based society in rural area using the new technique of a case study to which dynamical system theory was made to apply. The case of the “Nanohana Project” of Aito twon was selected. As a result of the research, when a system decomposed to a work level, the actual condition of a system became clear. And it became clear that recycling based society is the system by which the substance changed by the structure and composition of area continues.
