Three Phytoseiid Mites from Korea (Acari: Phytoseiidae)

Abstract

Phytoseius (Phytoseius) koreanus RYU et EHARA, n. sp. was described from Korea. Amblyseius volgini WAINSTEIN et BEGLJAROV and A. quaesitus WAINSTEIN et BEGLJAROV, previously recorded only from the U.S.S.R. and China, were redescribed based on Korean specimens. Amblyseius magnus WU is a synonym of A. volgini, and A. (A.) repletus WU et LI is a synonym of A. quaesitus.
