Abstract
Two new species of the genus Diphya are described from Japan and Taiwan under the names Diphya okumae sp. nov. and D. taiwanica sp. nov. The genus is new to the Asian fauna. All the known species of the genus are reviewed. Two species of the genus recorded from Chile are newly synonymized: D. pallida TULLGREN, 1902=D. limbata SIMON, 1896; D. rugosa TULLGREN, 1902=D. macrophthalma NICOLET, 1849.
