Abstract
The problem of the deaf, treated as the physically handicapped, are medical as well as social one especially in infants, children and the old. The present situation for diagnosing the persons with hearing impairment was stated and criticized The importance of improving the diagnostic technics in audiologic fields of the so-called designated doctors in one hand and that of developing the simple method to decide the indication of the hearing aid in the other hand were stressed.
