From viewpoint of molecular recognition, the dynamic aspect of cyclodextrin inclusion complex and artificial bilayer membrane are discussed. The relaxation times of deutrated guest in cyclodextrin cavities and CD spectra of synthetic azo-lipid in liposomes are shown to give highly useful informations on these biomimetic systems.
