Abstract
The scanning control system of the monochromator with the microprocessor which corrects the shift of the spectral line peak caused by an instability of the monochromator is developed. As a result, the wanted spectral line peak can be always found correctly independent of an instability caused by temperature variation and of a defecting of a scanning mechanism.
