The author investigated the pollen morphology and physiology of Juglans mandschurica subsp. Sieboldiana. The results are as follows : The tetrads are formed by simultaneous division and their 90% tetrahedral arrangement. For size-frequency see Table 1 and variances of germ pores are shown in Table 2. The pollen tube elongates through one of the equator pores. The germ pores of dorsal face (proximal face) are functionless .Dehydrate percentage is 12.6 to 15.2%. The weight of one pollen is 7.4×10^<-9> gr (dry) and 9.3-10.2×10^<-9> gr (moist). The pH is 6.25 (live pollen) and 6.40 (die pollen).
