Exact Solutions for Time Correlations in Non-Equilibrium Systems(Current Topics)

Abstract

To understand non-equilibrium systems, many studies have been made in various approaches. In the studies on a stochastic model called asymmetric simple exclusion process (ASEP), we have been entering a new stage where we can analyze fluctuation properties for non-stationary states as well as stationary ones. We report recent progress about such topics, especially the exact solutions of the dynamics of a particular particle (tagged particle) in the ASEP.
