We review the successful method recently proposed by us to calculate nuclear forces in lattice QCD. After reviewing scientific importances and current status of nuclear forces, we explain difficulties to study nuclear forces in QCD and show how we have solved such problems. We present nuclear potentials calculated in lattice QCD for the first time in the world and discuss its relevances. We also clarify the questions and confusions on our results and method. We finally present recent developments of our method as much as possible.
