On the preceding report, I showed by the Myom-phosphatide Precipitation Reaction (M. P. R.) that the myom-phos-phatide had the affinity to myocardium. Therefore, at this experiment, 4 male and 4 female rabbits were sensitized with the oxen sera or the mixture of oxen sera and myom-phosphatide after 3 weeks, the animals were reinjected with the mixture of oxen sera and myom-phosphatide. Clinically, body-weight, temperature, urine, blood-pressure, electrocardiogram or hemogram were observed. Thereafter, the animals were killed, and their organs were investigated histologically. Although, clinically, body-weight, temperature, blood-pressure, urine snowed little remarkable change, the hemogram showed the hypothrombocytemia the electrocardiogram showed the myocardial damage in some animals after the reinjection. Histologically, the heart of female rabbits showed the allergic myocarditis specifically that were consisted of granuloma, periarteritis, perivascular or interstitial cell-infiltration, but the heart of male animals showed little pathlogical change.
