Abstract
The purpose of this research is to improve and construct a “robot-friendly environment” in which robots can demonstrate appropriate operational methods and robot performance, including ensuring robot operations and flow lines. This paper summarizes the results of a preliminary survey targeting hotel employees.
As a result of the investigation, we were able to obtain knowledge from the following three perspectives. ① Efficient operation and management is required ② There is a need to improve the working environment for employees due to a labor shortage ③There is great potential for the use of robots in hotels
