Disease modeling of ALS using patient-specific iPS cells provides several insight into ALS pathogensis^1)～3). Solutions, including rapid differentiation from iPS cells to motor neurons⁴⁾, to technical hurdle of iPS cell technology⁵⁾ will advance the field of disease modeling of ALS.
