The division and culture that a Tonden soldier settled in are left in Kamiyubetu town on Hokkaido. There is a historic network between peculiar inhabitants in city to own such peculiar history. And that can take a big role in community design of the present if we use this network well. In the main subject the townsman who is a Tonden soldier's descendant was made into "the Tonden people", and structure of the "Tonden network" which is those everyday companionship was clarified As a result of analysis, the actual situation that the townsman who moved to the center of town from soldier village maintained a network became real in Kamiyubetu town.
