Abstract
Changes in land use of industrial sites in the Osaka city inland were greatly changed to residential, commercial and business facilities, especially in the upper three high wards of industrial accumulation. These changes are largely attributable to the use of residential systems, although the factories that are going to continue operating in the area, as well as the reuse as factories in the site due to the relocation and the discontinuance of work are seen. As a result, mixed use of land use changes has progressed, and the maintenance of land use has become an issue in urban planning. In this research, we analyzed the relationship between the factories and factory sites that are continuing operations, in relation to the application areas, whether or not to implement the project, the infrastructure development of rivers and roads.
