This research aims to clarify the consciousness structure for area management by asking the needs for the planning of the landowners who have direct involvement in development in developing communities and cultivating the town,(Matsubara-shi Amami district · Yao city Akegawa district) from the questionnaire survey results, the consciousness of the residents' town planning is a spatial perspective such as cleanness of the town, degree of intention and action such as activities and events that can participate In the Akegawa area, it is possible to actively host events such as gathering hobbies, cleaning activities, festivals, etc., aiming for a city that can form communities of newly entering residents. ② In the Amami district, it is conceivable to create opportunities for residents to understand and participate in security and disaster prevention measures for safety and security.
