Study on how to proceed with town planning workshop for agreement formation

Abstract

Results of participating in a workshop and conducting a questionnaire etc. We found that it will lead to promotion of workshop participants at time zones and days of the week that are easy to participate regardless of age group. In addition, it is important to present the content and policy of the workshop in advance in order to notify the residents and make them interested.For that purpose, participation by local organizations and calls by experienced workshops is an urgent issue. There were also opinions that many people would like to continue if such activities exist. By conducting workshops on a regular basis, it will lead to better city planning.
