Abstract

Although condominiums are required to be jointly managed, in 2016 there is a current situation where it is difficult to form a soil for joint management, such as the removal of the provision of communities from the standard management agreement. It is up to the management union of individual condominiums to decide how to decide how to rebuild or sale of divided ownership in the future. It is an important issue whether to form community in condominiums. In this research, by examining the contents of community activities being carried out and the people involved in large-scale condominiums, the purpose of this research is to show the issues of community activities in condominiums and to consider the countermeasures.
