抄録
Thirty years have passed since I first started learning the Dalcroze method. Since then I have to
participated in seminars and in various countries conferences. That experience has given me the
strength to live a fulfilling life in my own way. I write about my upbringing, how I met Dalcroze
method and how I tried to introduce it in Southeast Asia, where Western music is not incorporated in
education.
