The behavior of the rabbit fishes Siganus fuscescens in the small water tanks was observed by an acoustic camera "DIDSON" in July, August and December experiments. In spite of the observation in the small tank, DIDSON could get vivid images to grasp the behavior of the rabbit fishes without bad influence by acoustic reflection or interference. Observed behavior of the rabbit fishes showed remarkable diurnal pattern. The rabbit fish moved more active at the daytime than the nighttime in Augst and December experiments. But it moved more active at the nighttime than the daytime in July experiments.
