Abstract
This study examined the effect of introducing nutri-score system inferring from the statistical methodologies by using the questionnaire to a university students. Although previous literatures in Europe and the U.S. show that personal perception toward processed productions are adequately adjusted by introducing the nutri-score system, it rarely exists the study about the difference by the personal habits and personality traits. Results of this study consist of the following three points. First, differently perceived processed products from the nutria-score are frequently taken in their daily life. Second, processed products from the nutria-score are perceived differently by the personality traits. For example, high agreeableness persons are tend to perceive the high nutritional processed products are low. Third, main against for introducing the nutria-score are consisted from the active persons. Policy implication from this study is showing contents and purposes of the nutria-score in introducing.
