Since the accident of Tokyo Electric Power Company, the food radiation contamination that is a problem of internal exposure of low doses is greatly rumored. However, there is no accepted theory for exposure of low doses, and several different descriptions have been made. An overview of such current situation, along with the review of the theories about the health effects of low-dose radiation, we will propose real food safety.
