Organizational collaboration in regional creation program management in Aomori Prefecture

- From R&D of ozone water production to commercialization for regional branding-

Abstract

The creation of business through regional creation is different from the program for commercialization from R & D conducted mainly by companies having traditional markets. It is a regional creation program that connects universities with technical seeds and local governments and assumes the creation of new markets and aims to cooperate with multiple organizations to commercialize in new markets. The features of the projects and management methods that make up there are different approaches that are different from conventional ones. This paper, as an example, has covered a regional creation program that builds a sanitary control social system that manufactures Nano bubble ozone water using renewable energy in Aomori Prefecture and forms a safe brand for agricultural products.
