BK-7ガラス基板に希釈AgNO₃ で作られる拡散導波路のパラメータ推定

In this letter, the surface-index change and diffusion coefficient of the Ag-ion in the diffused waveguides made by diluted AgNO₃ melts in the BK7-glass substrate are determined from the measured effective indices. Based on the determined parameter values, the index profiles are calculated in the planar diffused-waveguides, and also two-dimensional index-profiles in the channel-type diffused waveguides are calculated.
