有限要素法による超音波洗浄槽の音響モードの解析

In an Ultrasonic cleaning tub, modes with high sound pressure, which are effective for cleaning, are called acoustic modes. In this paper, we show the effect of the presence of a washing object, when a stainless block which is fixed to the bottom of an Ultrasonic cleaning tub.
