The light reflection characteristic on the surface of chip-electronic-parts is deeply dependent on the wavelength of the light source. In this letter, we discuss the design problem of an optical filter which is placed in front of the photo sensor of the CCD camera
By this method, the good quality of the binary image of chip-electronic-parts can be obtained.
