Abstract
The large-scale FDTD computation as an computational electromagnetics became very important in various fields. In this paper, the FDTD parallel computation and high accuracy FDTD methods necessary for large-scale computation are described. These are applied to the large-scale problems of electromagnetic wave simulation, especially for ITS problems.
