We owe it greatly to this mail service that we can easily obtain books and journals from abroad in our daily lives. Journals arrived from foreign countries are sorted one after another and delivered to the destinated addresses, but some of them remain undelivered for lack of or damage caused on the correct addresses. The difficulty lies in establishing the remedy for the undelivered. The customs clearance procedures are planned to be simplified exceptionally for journals since the foreign journals contribute to the promotion of science and industry.
