The Clinical Evaluation of the Large Area Capacitive Coupling Patient Plate

Abstract

The large Area Capacitive Coupling Patient Plate was tested concerning the electric characteristics. In order to use it safely, the method for clinical use was discussed.We concluded that the new patient plate was remarkably imploved upon the safety comparing with conventional ones. The patient plate is ploved to be safe for the accidental burn, when its surface didn't suffer damage and a patient has sufficient contact with it.In the case of the infectious disease, we can use disposable sheets on it for the prevention.However, this patient plate is inconvinient because they are large size and not disposable.We could obtain good results, understanding it's characterestic and the way of useing it properly. In the case, we used it with a disposable sheet to keep clean and prevent it from damage.
